Returns:

We offer a 100 day no-questions-asked return policy on all of our quality Smoothy beanbag chairs and dog beds. If you ever decide that you are not 100% happy with your product, please kindly contact us at service@smoothy-beanbag.com. We will pick up the product, or give you further instructions on how to proceed with your return. After receiving the returned goods we will refund the invoice in full.

However usually we will pick up the product at your door. Please note that all returned goods need to be unspoiled, undamaged and not have any worn marks.

Faulty & Damaged Goods:

All our products are going through an indepth quality control before being sent out to our customers, so any faults on the products are highly rare. However in the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged, or otherwise unsatisfying product, please kindly contact us at:

Usually we will just replace the faulty good free of charge. Sending us a photograph of the damage will help us determine whether it is a manufacturing fault, and solve the situation faster and to your satisfaction.
